Korryn Haines

Helping you master your business admin and techy things.

I’m the kind of oddball business human who loves admin and tech. I may be a rare breed. But there’s nothing I love more than helping fellow business owners to banish their tech and business admin overwhelm. I get that you want to handle this yourself, but you want to know all the best practices to make sure you’re getting it right.

That’s what I do as your ‘tech mechanic’. I help jumpstart your tech implementation through one to one attention that’s warm, generous, packed with knowledge, and a dash of humour too.

If you feel you’re business isn’t running right, I help you to troubleshoot the issues. Then I show you how to escape the overwhelm of using technology to streamline your business admin. I promise you that once you know how it all works, you’ll be able to easily self-manage your admin.

Q & A

Whats the best thing to happen to you in your career to date?

Taking the leap of faith from purely relying on temp agencies to starting my own business - I want to provide meaningful support to businesses with my skills instead of making a commission for the recruitment agencies.

What does a typical work week look like for you?:

Juggling the demands of my clients and making sure they're happy. It's a lot of juggling.

Describe your working environment in a few sentences..

Cosy, simple, efficient.

What sets you apart from other freelancers in your industry?

My past employers and clients have a consistent way to describe me - I get in and get the job done.

What are the tools of your trade?

My trusty desktop computer and my iPhone - I'd be so lost without them! It's fantastic how much you can do on an iPhone now!

Do you collaborate with others? If yes, how does that works?

I'm growing a network of fellow freelancers that I can refer my clients to if they request a task that I am not 100% in providing. I very much work on relationships and it's not what you know but who you know and who will best deliver results for my clients.

Whats been the biggest freelancing lesson to date?

Back myself and my experience and my skills. If I don't believe in myself, no one else will.
