Encore Admin Consulting

I’m Korryn Haines, and I’ll take care of your admin so you can take care of your business.

For me, admin is all about helping people—helping people to be organised, to know their admin is under control, to have more time to work on the things they’re good at, and to see their business succeed. Whether I’m formatting documents, building websites, or colour-coding files, I always keep the big picture in mind—this is making someone else’s life easier. And I thrive on that!

I can provide quick help with one-off tasks (no job too small), or ongoing admin support without the full-time outlay. I only charge you for the hours I work and tasks I complete.

As a virtual assistant, I cut out the middle man and deal directly with the person I’m helping.

You can trust me to take on the jobs you don’t have the time or skills to do yourself. Let me take the hassle off your hands so that you can focus on doing what you do best in your business.

I have experience and expertise from across a range of industries, and I work from a fully equipped office. Which means you don’t need to provide me with a desk, a computer or even a mug. You just brief me on my tasks, and I get them done. It’s that simple.

When you see how efficient I am and how smoothly everything runs when I’m working in the background, you’ll keep coming back for more. You’ll want an Encore!

Q & A

Whats the best thing to happen to you in your career to date?

Taking the leap of faith from purely relying on temp agencies to starting my own business - I want to provide meaningful support to businesses with my skills instead of making a commission for the recruitment agencies.

What does a typical work week look like for you?:

Juggling the demands of my clients and making sure they're happy. It's a lot of juggling.

Describe your working environment in a few sentences..

Cosy, simple, efficient.

What sets you apart from other freelancers in your industry?

My past employers have a consistent way to describe me - I get in and get the job done.

What are the tools of your trade?

My trusty desktop computer and my iPhone - I'd be so lost without them! It's fantastic how much you can do on an iPhone now!

Do you collaborate with others? If yes, how does that works?

I'm growing a network of fellow freelancers that I can refer my clients to if they request a task that I am not 100% in providing. I very much work on relationships and it's not what you know but who you know and who will best deliver results for my clients.

Whats been the biggest freelancing lesson to date?

Back myself and my experience and my skills. If I don't believe in myself, no one else will.
