Shibani Mishra photography & Styling

Every journey starts with a dream and an innate desire to forge a path where none existed before. It is the passion of a dreamer and the scrupulous attention to detail of a creator that makes for that incredulous journey. One that ignores the whims & fancies of time and leaves behind a breadcrumb trial for many others to follow. My journey started few years ago from a rather humble beginning of documenting recipes for friends and families that lead me on to share them with a wider audience on the web platform as a food blogger. I am certainly most humbled to have so many followers and genuinely interested people who like what I do & who simply want to share the love of food with all like me. I am blessed that my early forays into the digital space has certainly paid off.  However little did I ever, in my wildest dreams imagine that my passion for food styling & presenting it to elicit that ambrosial desire would one-day shape up my career as a professional food photographer and a food stylist. Working closely with leading brands I create compelling content for their digital presence that resonates their vision & ambition and translates into increased top line, I try to enhance the magic of an image that is so compelling that to elicit more customers to become part of the tribe. As you probably guessed no journey is a simple hop skip & jump, nothing happens overnight except perhaps day beak. It took a long time, a lot of hard work, many tears (mostly happy ones) and hours on end spent talking to people much wiser than I, only to realise that ‘it’ was always inside of me: the love for good food, for connecting with people, for learning, and for creating and building up my natural instinct for styling. Understanding the technical aspects of photography, lighting, and a major game changer- editing and above all studying the science behind light, composition and styling has shaped my images that I am proud of. Working closely with businesses, I am able to provide expertise in partnering & collaborating with creative ventures to enable them to share their story through authentic imagery that speaks to their ideal audience & connect with them to be part of the success story. Thanks for taking the time to find out more and I look forward to supporting and elevating your business and taking it from average to awesome.
