Q & A

Whats the best thing to happen to you in your career to date?

Leaving my 9-5 job, and going solo!

What does a typical work week look like for you?:

I work Tuesday - Friday, 9:00am - 3pm. Mondays are a day for R&R.

Describe your working environment in a few sentences..

I work from my beautiful, sunlit home office. I have a hot cup of tea and music playing in the background.

What sets you apart from other freelancers in your industry?

Being a designer for the past 11 years, creating bespoke, on brand designs comes quickly and naturally. Have your designs within a few days - rather than a few weeks.

What are the tools of your trade?

HP PC, Wacom Intuos Pro Tablet, Adobe CC & the good ol' internet!

Do you collaborate with others? If yes, how does that works?

Yes, my career has been built on collaboration. Any project which I need to collaborate with others to complete your job will have the fees built into the quote. You will only need to deal with me, I will handle all of the internal correspondence and project management.

Whats been the biggest freelancing lesson to date?

Ask for a project deposit and trust my gut!
