Whats the best thing to happen to you in your career to date?

I got to meet the inventor of the World Wide Web, Sir Tim Berners-Lee at a special panel on cybersecurity.

What does a typical work week look like for you?:

A lot of calls, even more typing, and the occasional coffee with a client.

Describe your working environment in a few sentences..

It's a desk with some cool movie posters and my first ever cover story blown up to massive size. I can feel the eyes of Spencer on my back, motivating me to do more work!

What sets you apart from other freelancers in your industry?

I use my experience in journalism and apply it to copywriting. I get underneath a brand or company to get their real story and convey it to their audience in an engaging way.

What are the tools of your trade?

Microsoft Word. That and Google Docs, which is multiplayer Microsoft Word.

Do you collaborate with others? If yes, how does that works?

Yes - sometimes I come in to their offices, other times via Skype and Google Docs.

Whats been the biggest freelancing lesson to date?

Learning when to say "no." Sometimes putting up good boundaries is the essence of success.
